Ozotic 520

Hey I'm still alive! Ok it's been like a week since I've updated, feels like a long time. I've been at a work conference offsite (in Oakland) for the past week so I haven't had proper internet connection or time to update. Also when I returned to LA, the weather has been really crappy so I haven't been able to take pictures of my nails. Here is something pretty cool from the vault though!

This is one of the first Ozotics I have ever owned. I finally splurged and bought 2 of the multichromes since they are discontinuing these, I didn't want to miss out! Ozotic 520 is a dark burgundy that shifts to a orangey gold color. It basically looks like lava on your nails :) In these pictures I did 1 layer over Nails Inc Chelsea, which is dark maroon (basically black) creme. The multichrome is really strong in this one!

Where to buy
  • I bought my Ozotics from Harlow & Co. however shipping is a bit more expensive from there. Llarowe also carries Ozotics, but like I said before, the 500 series will be getting discontinued so there are limited colors. They're actually probably all gone by now actually...oops sorry guys!
What do you think? Toodles!

  1. Ohhh, it's like SH Nail Prisms Amber Ruby! SO gorgeous! (and I think you might have said as much on my post, lol). I've heard Ozotic has the SH Prisms dupes down pat and this sure proves it. Beautiful.

  4. Mmmm, tasty, tasty multichromes! Gorgeous swatches of this one. Sorry to hear about the bad weather- we're planning a trip to San Francisco in two weeks time, so I'm really hoping weather will be amazing for that!! Apparently it's been unusually sunny in the bay area lately... fingers crossed it stays that way.

    1. You heard correctly! I was pleasantly surprised when I went up there last week! Not a drop of rain. It was cold, but not unmanageable...and this is coming from someone who was pretty much raised in SoCal! Nevertheless, it's really nice over there cold or not.

    2. I hope the good weather holds out! Anything you would recommend to see while we're there? We'll be staying in the Russian Hill neighbourhood, which seems pretty central. So excited to go! :D

    3. I'm not that familiar with the area, I've only been twice! I spent most of my time in Oakland, so if you are there you need to check out their music scene! Amazing jazz! We only explored SF one day in the evening and went to Fisherman's Wharf (which is a pretty touristy area, really nice) and walked over to Little Italy for dinner at Firenze By Night...I highly recommend their award winning gnocchi! You won't be bored though, I need to visit more often!
