Got a quick swatch for today, before the holidays are over!

These pictures show 3 coats of
Sugar Cookies. I would describe this polish as an off-white creme with green, purple, blue, and pink square and hex glitter. It appears a lot more yellow than it really is in pictures. The polish is so precious and soft looking, I really like it! The formula was good, except the glitter payoff was not as much as I was hoping for. Sometimes while I tried to apply more glitter, the colored base would cover the previous glitter that was already on the nails. But I guess it's nice not having too much glitter crowding the area, looks clean and sweet.
Where to buy
- Pirate Polish can be found in her etsy shop. Minis go for $5, and regular sized bottles for $10. This one will probably just be around for the season so get it while you still can!
Happy holidays y'all! Toodles!
Gorgeous swatches as always, Sandi! Thank you for sharing this. :D I really wanted Sugar Cookies to be a stand-alone polish that wouldn't take more than three coats to reach opacity- the downside is that the more opaque base can obscure the glitter. Nonetheless, it looks very sweet on you!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Tara! I'm especially proud of how the swatches came out for this, I can't stop staring at how squishy and smooth this looks! I understand the nail polish physics, so I'm not too upset about the opacity covering the glitter! Because whatever did show up, it still looks great!
